BCP Factory Honda Junior Development Team rider Darci Whalley has put together the perfect State Title campaign over the weekend winning all three contested motos in the Queensland senior Women’s State MX Championship! Only a number of weeks ago the Honda young gun from Central Queensland elected to turn senior after her 16th birthday and took part in the final two rounds of the Pro MX Championship. It’s a testament to this young girls dedication and work ethic to secure a senior state title only a handful of weeks after turning senior!

“This is such a great way to finish my 2023 season by not only securing another state title for myself and our team sponsors but to get a senior state title so quickly was really quite unexpected,” said Whalley.
“I can’t thank my parents, supporters, sponsors and our whole team enough for everything they’ve done for me over the last two years. It’s been such a great chapter in my life and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!.”

Team manager Lee Hogan couldn’t be more proud of the journey alongside Darci Whalley over the last two years.

“Both Darci and her parents Dan and Tanya have been such a pleasure to work with,” said Hogan.
“They represent themselves and our sponsors exceptionally well and nothing is ever too much of a problem. And with a scorecard of back to back State Championships along with back to back National Junior Championship podiums her results with us have been outstanding.”

Darci Whalley will participate in the Pro MX ‘MXW’ Championships throughout 2024! Watch this space for an announcement on her team ride for the new year in the near future.
